Which products can I get from H&F Beauty?

H&F Beauty is your one-stop beauty partner for a reason. We sell almost everything in the field of nails, pedicure, eyelashes, eyebrows and hair removal. Are you missing something in our store? We are pleased to hear that. We are always open to expanding our range and to help our customers as best as possible.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order with Ideal, PayPal and Bancontact. At checkout you can choose your preferred payment method.

Does H&F Beauty sell eyelash products?

And whether we sell eyelashes! You can contact us for all eyelash necessities. You can't make it that crazy or we will sell it, whether you are looking for eyelashes with which you want to shine for an evening or whether you are going for the 3D eyelash effect that lasts for 3 weeks. We got you, click for all eyelash supplies.

Can I buy from H&F Beauty as a private individual?

Yes, you are more than welcome! Our products can be purchased without requiring a Chamber of Commerce number. Shop your new items online or visit the showroom. For large-scale use, you must be in possession of a Chamber of Commerce number.

Can I also order without VAT?

Yes, you can! This is possible for all customers outside the Netherlands. You do need a valid business VAT number to order without VAT.

How can I reach the H&F Beauty showroom?

Our showroom is accessible by both public transport and by car.

Are you coming by public transport? A bus leaves for our showroom every half hour. This is Qbuzz 92. You can take this bus at the Zuidplein shopping center metro station or at Lombardijen station.

Are you coming by car? Set your navigation to: Zeemanstraat 5, 2991 XR, Barendrecht. As soon as you arrive you will find plenty of free parking facilities around the property.

My package arrived damaged, what can I do now?

We find it very annoying if your package arrives damaged and we are happy to help you with a suitable solution.

Specify your problem when completing the contact form, make sure that in any if the information below is in the mail;

  • Order number
  • A clear description of the problem or defect
  • At least 1 clear photo of the defect

After receiving your complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may return your damaged package, you will receive a return code after contacting us. With this return code you can return the product or package free of charge.

I want to return something, is that possible?

Products can certainly be returned, but there are a number of conditions attached to this. Only products with a seal may be returned within 14 days. These items may only be returned in their original packaging and with an unopened seal. The items must be packed in a parcel post box. Items without a seal will not be taken back. The return costs are for your own account, if you have received a defective or incorrectly delivered product, the return costs are for H&F Beauty.

PLEASE NOTE: A number of products have no seal, so they may not be returned in advance.

I am under 18, can I buy from you?

Because we sell chemical products, we are unfortunately not allowed to sell to young people under the age of 18. What is allowed is that a parent or guardian buys the products for you from us in the showroom. We would like to kindly point out that our products are exclusively intended for the professional market, our products may not be used by minors without the supervision of a parent or guardian. H&F Beauty is not liable for incorrect use of the products.

Do I have a warranty on my purchased products?

Only the electronic devices have a warranty period. We use the legal warranty period of 1 year on electronic equipment.

Can I take my child to the showroom?

As much as we like your children and dogs, they are unfortunately not allowed in the showroom. This applies to children under the age of 12, prams and pets. Because we sell chemical products, we use this measure for the health and safety of your child and animal.

The color of my product differs from the color on the website, how is this possible?

Unfortunately, there are many different types of monitors, with different settings. It is therefore possible that the actual color differs slightly from the color you have seen online. We do our very best to create an image that is as realistic as possible by using different photos.
